The World Trade Centre Development (The Development) is located in the site of the Old Central Market in the heart of Abu Dhabi Island in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The development comprises five major assets as per below:
World Trade Centre Central Market: (The Souk) which was opened to the public on 2nd August 2010 and comprises 14,795sqm of Net Internal Area (NIA) covering 250 retail outlets over 3 levels with 8,500sqm of rooftop gardens.
World Trade Centre Office (Trust Tower): This office tower rises 59 floors (278 metres high) and offers 72,000 sqm of premium office space.
World Trade Centre Mall (Emporium): Features the first House of Fraser in the Middle East, alongside 150 chic boutiques with an 8-screen cinema. It covers 60,000 sqm of leasable space over multiple levels as well as over 3,000 sqm of terraces and rooftop gardens and two Central Atriums, with retractable roof.
World Trade Centre Residences (Domain Tower): This residential tower rises 88 floors (382 metres high) and covers 80,000 sqm of residential units over 474 luxurious apartments and penthouses with a diverse offering from 1-5 bedroom well-equipped units in addition to a recreational area, a gymnasium and two swimming pool.
