Dubai, January, 12 2015: Emrill, the leading integrated facilities management provider in the UAE, today announced the appointment of Alex Davies as Operations Director, Emrill Services LLC.
Mr Davies holds a Masters in Civil Engineering with Honours from the University of Nottingham and joins Emrill with over 11 years in the facilities and energy management industry with Carillion plc, operating company for Emrill. He has worked in various divisions including Carillion Building, Carillion Rail, Domestic Maintenance, Facilities Management and Energy Services serving prestigious clients such as Royal Bank of Scotland, National Blood Services, Network Rail, and Royal Courts of Justice along with numerous local councils including Manchester, Birmingham and London.
Davies brings with him a wealth of experience in mobilising and deploying site and mobile site based staff for local, regional and national contracts across portfolios of up to 2500 buildings, developing solutions for mobile maintenance activities for domestic properties to maintain, repair and ensure statutory compliance in excess of 120,000 addresses. Davies’s’ extensive experience in delivering energy projects to properties that incorporate retrofitting mechanical, electrical and built environment upgrade to save cost and carbon emissions will be vital to the further development of Emrill Energy.

Mr. Davies began his career with Balfour Beatty Rail in Engineering and Project Management roles before joining Carillion plc.
