This contract covers the facilities management services provided within infrastructure area that makes up Dubai Marina Master Community. The General assets in the Marina streets include Roads, Bridges, Side Walks, Street lights etc. The Marina Promenade compromises of interlocked walk way, wooden benches, street light poles, other lightings, fountains etc on the Marina Walk.
