Alex Davies, Managing Director of Emrill ranked 4th on the Regional Top 50 FM Power List
 

Dubai, December 19, 2016, Alex Davies, managing director of Emrill Services, would agree that 2016 has been a memorable year. Davies was operations director at Emrill since December 2014, until he was promoted to his present role this October – a considerable achievement by Davies at a firm that, in the last 12 months, has worked with clients such as Masdar, Emaar Properties, and JLL.

His next 12 months at the helm of Emrill will see Davies leading his team to deliver FM and IFM services for clients such as International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) and Emaar.

Emrill has been contracted by – among others – Dubai Airports, Aldar Properties, and Mediclinic Middle East Management to provide a range of hard FM, soft FM, and specialist services – such as MEP – in the upcoming year.

 

Davies also has his sights set on boosting Emrill’s sustainability services in 2017: “Major FM companies have a real opportunity to change consumption and energy use in the Middle East, and Emrill intends to lead the way.

 

“We are trialling a range of sustainability projects with that are on track to consistently achieving 20% to 25% efficiency savings, often without any upfront investment required by property owners.

 

“Our key objective is to maintain our market-leading position while achieving controlled [and] sustainable expansion, with double-digit percentage revenue growth,” he adds.
